Fronius International, a global leader in solar energy and battery charging technology, is seeking a Java Developer (m/w/d) at their headquarters in Wels, Austria. Fronius develops inverters for photovoltaic systems, battery charging solutions, and welding technology used worldwide.

The role involves developing and maintaining software for Fronius's solar energy management systems, building backend services for cloud-based energy monitoring platforms, integrating IoT devices with central management systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and UX designers, writing clean and well-tested code following agile development practices, and contributing to Fronius's mission of making solar energy more accessible and efficient.

Required qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or related field, strong Java development experience (Spring Boot, microservices), familiarity with REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), experience with CI/CD pipelines, and proficiency in German and/or English.
