ACCIONA Energy seeks a Wind Turbine Technician for their Texas wind farm operations. This hands-on technical role involves maintaining and repairing wind turbines to maximize energy generation output across ACCIONA's operational wind farm portfolio in Texas.

Key responsibilities include performing scheduled preventive maintenance on wind turbines, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults, climbing turbine towers (up to 300+ feet) to perform inspections and repairs, using SCADA systems to monitor turbine performance remotely, maintaining detailed maintenance logs and safety records, and responding to emergency breakdown calls.

Qualifications: Technical diploma or degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial technology. Experience with wind turbine maintenance (GE, Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, or similar platforms preferred). Comfortable working at heights. Valid driver's license. Must pass physical fitness and safety training requirements.
